Most often whilst upon the InterWeb, I'm known as either seelie or Rhaethe.
Thus the title of this page ... plus a bit of added whimsy.
Herein you shall find my playground. Of a sort. I dabble in web development, and whilst I can never truly consider myself an expert, I like to think I can cobble up a bit o' attractiveness on the InterWeb.
